The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) invites you to participate in the Ohio Freight Stakeholder Survey as part of the development of Transport Ohio 2026, the department’s strategic plan for enhancing safety, preservation, efficiency, and mobility of freight across the state.
This survey is designed for all individuals and organizations using Ohio's freight transportation system or involved in its operations and planning. Potential stakeholders include regional transportation and planning organizations, local agencies, port authorities, freight-reliant businesses, private owners and operators, industry trade groups, shippers, and beneficial cargo owners.
Your insight into challenges, opportunities, and priorities across the multimodal freight network will help shape the future of Ohio. Surveys must be completed by Sept. 19. Survey participation is voluntary and responses are confidential.
